摘　　要：采用颈椎前路槽式潜行减压胸锁乳突肌锁骨头肌骨瓣移植治疗颈脊髓损伤36例,32例获得平均2年4个月的随访,按Frankel神经功能分级法评定,优良率50%,平均每例术后神经功能改善1.31级.作者讨论了前路减压的范围和最佳手术时机,认为带肌蒂锁骨瓣植骨具有取骨方便、损伤小、硬度合适及易愈合等优点.The author adopts anterior cervical vertebra slotted decompression and the transplantation of Pedicled of clavical head of sternocleidmastoideus to treat 36 cases of cervical spinal cord injury. 32 cases were followed up for an average of two years and four months. According to Frankel' s neurological function classification,the excellent and good rate is 50%. After every operation the neuroiogical function improved by 1. 31 grade. The author expounds the range of anterior decompression and discusses the best opportunity to operate. The author thinks the transplanting of Pedicled of clavicle head of muscle sternocleidomastoideus has such advantages as convenient bone-cutting,slight injury,suitable hardness,easy healing-up and so on.
