社会网络对居民健康状况的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨社会网络与居民身心健康的关系,以提高人群健康水平和生活质量。方法对居民采用问卷调查、数据分析与推断相结合,调查其社会网络状况;根据其身心健康状况分为健康组和患病组,比较两组的社会网络状况。对影响身心健康的因素进行多因素分析。结果患病组与健康组的社会网络状况比较有统计学意义(χ2=47.65,P<0.01),健康组明显优于患病组;社会网络与人体健康状况呈正相关性(b=0.053,P<0.01)。多元回归也表明,影响人群健康的因素有年龄、文化程度、职业、孩子数、是否获助情况、紧急时能否借到钱等。结论社会网络能影响人体心理和生理健康,社会支持度高者患病率低,健康水平高。应采取措施鼓励人们建立健全社会网络,形成好的社会支持,为提高健康水平和生命质量服务。Objective To explore the relationship between social network and people＇s health so as to help people realize the good effects of social network on their health and quality of life. Methods People＇s Social networks were surveyed by means of questionnaires, and then the data were analyzed. The sampled people were divided into the healthy group and the sick group according to their mental and physical conditions.. Comparisons were made between the two groups in terns of their social networks. Results Significant differences between the sick group and the healthy group were found in terms of their respective social metworks （Х^2 = 47.65, P 〈 0.01 ）. The social networks and health conditions revealed postitive correlation （b = 0. 053, P 〈 0.01 ）. Mutiple regression analysis also showed that the factors that many affect people＇s physical and mental health were age, education background, vocation, the number of children, social aids and others such as whether they could borrow money when in need. Conclusion Social network can affect people＇ s physical and mental health. The more social support one gets, the healthier he remains. Peolple should be encouraged to set up healthier social networks to get social support so as to improve their health and quality of life.
