米非司酮在宫外孕保守性治疗中的剂量研究

摘　　要：目的探讨氨甲喋呤(MTX)与米非司酮联合应用治疗异位妊娠的效果及米非司酮在此治疗中的有效剂量。方法A组:氨甲喋呤20 mg,每日1次肌肉注射,连用5 d;B组米非司酮50 mg,每日2次,口服,连用5d,同时联合应用氨甲喋呤20 mg,每日1次肌肉注射,连用5 d;C组:米非司酮10 mg,每日1次,口服,连用同时联合应用氨甲喋呤20 mg,每日1次肌肉注射,连用5 d。结果B组与C组治疗成功率分别为96.7%与96%,均明显高于A组,而B组与C组的治疗成功率相比差异无显著性意义。结论米非司酮与氨甲喋呤联用起协同作用,能更有效地抑制滋养细胞增长;小剂量的米非司酮联合MTX治疗宫外孕成功率高,值得推广。Objective To investigate the efficacy of combining methotrexate（MTX） and mifepristonein and the dose of mifepristonein in conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods 85 patients were randomly divided into three groups. MTX 20 mg, q. d , i. m , lasted 5 days in group A. MTX combined with Mafecraspone 50 mg , b. i. d , p. o, lasted 5 days in group B, MTX combined with Mafecraspone 10mg, q. d, p. o, lasted 5 days in group C. Results Success rates of group B and group C were 96.7% and 96% respectively. They were higher than those of group A. but there was no significant difference betweem group B and group C. Conclusion The combined methotrexate and mifepristonein, which play a cooperative role, can more effectively inhibit the proliferation of trophoblastic. Small-dose methotrexate combined with MTX improves the success rate of medical treatment in ectopic pregnancy, deserving to be spread.
