摘 要:目的:了解高原低氧环境对男性睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)的影响,探讨性激素与高原低氧的关系。方法:采用放射免疫分析法对在平原及从平原移居拉萨(海拔3658m)地区不同年限的汉族666例男性正常人的血清睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)浓度进行测定。结果:移居海拔3658m一年内,T为(564.60±248.04)ng/dL、E为(19.88±10.04)pg/mL,较平原组的T(724.31±231.26)ng/dL、B为(36.71±14.64)pg/mL降低,差别有极其显著性(PG0.001);居(10-〈210)年及(10-G20)年T分别为(680.20±140.38)ng/dL,和(894.66±259.73)ng/dL,E2分别为(25.28土15,70)pg/mL和(40.00±9.88)pg/mL,较一年内有所回升,差别也有非常显著性(P〈0.01,P〈0.001);移居(10~〈20)年的T、E2水平与平原组相比,差别具有显著性(P〈0.05);移居高原(20-〈30)年及超过30年的T分别为(631.27±180.20)ng/dI.和(524.78±118.26)ng/dL,B分别为(31.66士11.23)pg/mL和(19.41±8.94)pg/mL又呈下降趋势,与移居(10~〈20)年相比较,差别比较显著(P〈0.05,P〈0.001)。结果表明,移居高原低氧环境,T、E2水平较平原组降低.且随居住时问的延长有所回升,当居住时间超过20年时,激素水平又呈下降趋势。结论:高原低氧是导致睾酮、雌二醇水平产生变化的原因,男性人群的性激素水平的差别是一种适应性和代偿性的改变。Objective: To study the effects of high altitude environment on male's testo (T) and estradiol (E2). Methods: Serum level of T and E2 were measured by RIA in 666 cases the males (Han nationality) who were migrated to Lhasa (altitude of 3 658m) from plain for 〈1 year, 1-〈10years, 10-〈20 years, 20-〈30 years and ≥30 years. Results: The serum level of T and E2 was (564. 60±48. 04)ng/dL and (19.88±10. 04)pg/mL respectively in 〈1 year group. And the levels were lower than that (T=724. 31±231.26ng/dL. and E2 =36.71±14. 64pg/mL) in the plain (P〈0. 001). The level of T in 1-〈10 years and 10-〈20 years group was(680.20±140. 38)ng/dL and (894.66±259.73)ng/dL, the same the level of E2 (25.28±15. 70pg/mL and 40. 00±9.88pg/mL), and the levels were higher than that in 〈1 year group (P〈0. 01 ,P〈0. 001) ; while the level of E2 were still high than in the plain team(P〈0. 05). The level of T in 20-〈30 years and ≥30years group was(631. 27±180. 20)ng/dL and(524. 78±118. 26)ng/dL, the same E2 (31.66±11.23pg/mI. and 19. 41± 8. 94pg/mL)and it was lower than that in (10-〈20)years group(P〈0. 05, P〈0. 001). Conclusions: The level of sex hormone (T and E2) of male can change lower due to exposing the high altitude hypoxic environment but it might be of a rise in 1-〈20 years, and the level of sex hormone might low after 20 years migration.
