摘　　要：本文介绍了以单片机AT89C52为核心的真空测控系统。详细阐述了系统的硬件电路设计,并给出了软件流程图。本系统具有从低真空到高真空,气压测量范围宽、量程自动切换功能,并能实现对真空度的实时控制。系统有良好的人机界面,通过RS-232串行接口,可与上位机联机通讯,实现了测控的自动化。The vacuum measuring and controlling automatic system with AT89C52 MCU as its kernel is introduced in this paper. The paper discusses the hardware circuit design in detail, and also explains the software program flow chart. The system＇s measuring range can be automatically switched from low vacuum to high vacuum, and it has a wide measuring range. The system realizes the function of real-time controlling, and it has fine man-to-machine interaction interface. With the RS-232C communication port, the system can communicate with the PC automatically.
