摘　　要：本文在问卷调查和统计分析的基础上,就如何培养当代大学生的团队合作精神提出了几点建议,希望通过增强集体荣誉感、培养沟通能力、树立规则意识、正确处理集体利益与个人利益之间的关系、增设相关课程与活动等几个方面的引导和教育,能够使大学生在团队精神方面展现新面貌,成为适应时代发展要求的合格人才。Active team spirit is an important portion of college quality education to modern undergraduates. A majority of college students consider that team spirit plays an important role in study and scientific research, but most of them are lacking in ability of team spirit. This is because of they are short of education and training in team spirit and they have wrong comprehension of it. In this paper, on the basis of analysis to the survey, some suggestions are made on how to train a student of ability of team spirit. Education of abilities of communication and collectivism is all-important. It is also feasible to give a course about team spirit and organize more activities. Furthermore, college students should learn how to treat with collective profits and individual profits. Teact^ing staff should pay more attention to team spirit to cultivate qualified talents who can adjust to the development of society.
