摘 要:目的探讨加权TOPSIS法与RSR相结合在医院综合评价中应用的优越性。方法运用加权TOPSIS法与RSR法相结合评价临床住院科室的综合效益并与年人均绩效工资进行比较。结果按加权TOPSIS法计算出各临床科室指标值与最优值相近接近度Ci值,结合RSR法,将Ci值分4档,即将临床住院科室的综合效益分为优、良、中、差4个档次。结论加权TOPSIS法与RSR法相结合,既能保留TOPSIS法敏感反映各指标之间差异的优点,又能利用RSR法来解决TOPSIS法不能合理分档的问题,所以,此法是一种比较科学的综合评价方法。Objective In order to inquire into the advantage of TOPSIS weighted in association with RSR in hospital synthetical evaluation. Methods Methods of TOPSIS weighted in association with RSR were employed as appraisied work efficiency of clinical department individual, which results were compared with those of efficiency wages on average of per caput a year. Results The methods of TOPSIS weighted were used to calculate the index of department clinical individual and the best value is nearing grade Ci value. Simultaneously in association with RSR methods Ci value was divided into four types as well as divide synthetical efficiency of clinical department into excellent, fine, middle and bad. Conclusion Methods of TOPSIS weighted in association with RSR can retain TOPSIS sensitive response to the different individual between index and RSR solve the question in employing TOPSIS. It was a method of scientific synthetical evaluation.
