巨大淋巴结增生症的CT表现与分析

摘　　要：目的探讨巨淋巴结增生症的CT表现及诊断价值。方法回顾性分析9例经病理证实的巨淋巴结增生症的CT表现。结果9例巨淋巴结增生症中,7例局灶型,2例多中心型,共检出病灶12个。所有病灶均表现为边缘光滑清楚的软组织密度团块,其中9个病灶密度均匀,余3个密度不均,2个病灶伴钙化。增强后所有病灶均有不同程度增强,10个病灶呈中等或明显强化,病理为透明血管型;2个病灶轻度强化,病理为浆细胞型。结论巨淋巴结增生症具有特征性CT表现,CT具有较高诊断价值。Objective： To explore CT features and diagnostic value of eastleman disease. Methods： CT findings in 9 cases with castleman disease confimed by pathology were relrespectively analyzed. Results： Seven cases were classified as localized easfleman disease, and two cases were classified as disseminated castleman disease. Twelve lesions found in all 9 patients manifested as well-circumscribed softtissue-attenuating masses, nine lesions in six patients were homogeneous density, only two lesions had calcifications. All cases were enhanced, the degree of enhancement varied from minimally to markedly increased attenuation. Ten lesions in 8 eases were hyaline-vascular type enhanced medially or markedly. One case was plasma-cell type, lightly enhanced. Conclusion： CT manifestations of castleansn disease are speciality, and have high diagnostic value.
