热处理过程对CoCr-NiCr异种金属焊接试件性能的影响

摘  要:目的:观察热处理过程对CoCr-NiCr异种金属激光焊接机械性能及组织结构影响。方法:采用口腔常用的钴铬合金和镍铬合金在一定参数条件下激光焊接,通过金相分析,扫描电镜观察及X射线衍射分析仪等手段,观察热处理过程对焊件机械性能、组织结构及相结构的影响。结果:经热处理后,拉伸强度未见明显变化,延伸率略有增加,热处理组断口表现为深而大的韧窝,焊接镍铬侧晶间腐蚀带消失;能谱分析和X线衍射分析(X-raydiffraction,XRD)结果提示,钴铬侧成分向熔焊区和镍铬侧得到一定程度扩散。结论:热处理一定程度上改善激光焊接CoCr-NiCr异种合金焊接接头性能。Objective: To observe the influence of heat treatment on the mechanical properties, organization structure of laser-welded dissimilar alloys in dentistry: CoCr and NiCr alloys. Methods:Laser-welded CoCr-NiCr dissimilar alloys samples were made under optimized parameter electric voltage constitution then the influence of heat treatment on the mechanical properties, organization structure and graphic structure was observed by using metallographic analysis,scanning electronmicroscope observation and X-ray diffraction analysis. Results: Heat treatment had slightly effect on tensile strength and a little buildup on elongation. Tensile fracture surface of the heat treatment group appeared to the obvious ductile hole, the intererystal corrosion strip disappeared in NiCr alloys. The results of energy spectrum analysis and X ray diffraction analysis indicated that a certain cobalt chrome side composition diffused towards fusion zone and NiCr side after heat treatment processing. Conclusion: Heat treatment processing can improve the welded joint function of laser-welded CoCr-NiCr dissimilar alloys in some extent.
