摘  要:目的:探讨肉苁蓉总苷(GCs)对三氯化铝(AlCl_3)皮下注射(sc)致小鼠拟阿尔采末病(AD)模型小鼠学习记忆障碍的保护作用及其机制。方法:以AlCl_3(60 mg·kg^(-1),sc,7d)致小鼠学习记忆障碍模型,维生素E为阳性对照,采用小鼠跳台试验和迷宫试验观察GCs(62.5,125,250 mg·kg^(-1),ig,20 d)对小鼠学习记忆障碍的保护作用,并测定GCs对小鼠脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量和脑重系数的影响。结果:GCs各个剂量组均能改善AlCl_3所致学习记忆障碍,增加脑组织中SOD活性,降低MDA含量,并使脑重系数增加。结论:肉苁蓉总苷对AlCl_3致小鼠学习记忆障碍具有保护作用,其作用机制可能与其抗氧化作用有关。AIM: To investigate the protective effect of glycosides of cistanche (GCs) on the model of Alzheimer's disease (AD) in mice induced by aluminum trichloride (AlCl3) and its mechanism. METHODS: After sc of AIC13 for 7 d to induce the neurologic functional impairment in mice and ig GCs (62.5, 125, 250 mg·kg^-1) for 20 d, with Vitamine E taken as the control medicine, using step-through test and step-down test to observe the effect of GCs on learning and memory, together with the measurement of SOD and MDA in cerebrum and the influence on quotient of brain. RESULTS: GCs passessed the powder to improve learning and memory deficienies, to increase activities of SOD and to reduce contents of MDA in mice cerebrum, together with increase of the quotient of brain in mice with cerebral lesions induced by AlCl3. CONCLUSION: GCs possesses protective effects on cerebral learning and memory impairments of mice in AD model induced by AlCl3. Its underlying mechanism might be caused by anti-oxidative action.
