摘　　要：目的测定苦参、黄柏及黄柏胶囊中微量元素铜、铬的含量。方法采用火焰原子吸收光度法测定。结果该法的平均回收率在95．2％～104．8％之间，相对标准偏差在1．76％以下。结论该法结果可靠，方法简便，可用于实际样品的测定。Objective： To determine the trace elements in Kushen, Huangbo and Huangbo capsules. Methods.. The determination was performed by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results： The average recovery rate with standard addition mode was 95.2 % - 104.8%, and the relative-standard deviations for the determination were no more than 1.76% Conclusion：This method is simple and reliable and can be used in the determination of practical samples.
