力控组态软件在水厂自动化监控系统中的应用

摘　　要：在分析水厂监控系统要求的基础上,依据现场工作人员在以往工作中积累的现场数据,利用力控组态软件强大的HMI(人机界面接口)/SCADA(监控和数据采集)功能,开发一个界面直观、功能齐全的监控系统。该系统实现了水厂自动控制系统工况的自动切换,供水压力的恒定控制,设备的远程操作以及系统运行情况的动态显示等功能。Analyzing the requirements of supervisory and control system of waterworks, in terms of field data accumulated of workers in the past, using the powerful functions of HMI（Human Machine Interface）/SCADA（Supervisory Control And Digital Acquisition） of Forcecontrol configuration software, a supervisory and control system was developed with intuitionistic interface and complete functions, which realized auto-change of working, steady control of the hydraulic pressure of water supply, remote operation of equipment and dynamic display of the system＇s running state.
