摘　　要：欧盟正朝着单一金融市场方向努力,金融服务行动计划是建立欧盟单一金融市场的关键驱动因素。该文介绍了欧洲金融市场一体化进程及推动这一进程的几个重要程序和文件。此外,文章还介绍了现行的欧盟资本市场监管政策以及德国交易所集团的监管结构。EU is striving towards a single financial market, primarily triggered by the Financial Service Action Plan. This paper not only sketches the integration of European financial market, some vital procedures and document as an impetus for this movement, but also introduces the current supervisory policy in EU capital market as well as the supervison structure of Deutsche Boerse Group.
