摘　　要：综述了系统化整体护理实践与理论的探索,提出更新观念、适应护理模式转变,进一步明确医护、护患关系,立足现有、力争创新方面做了总结。It summarized the exploration of practice and theory of systematic holistic nursing care. And it summarized some experiences from aspects of renewal concept, adapting to the nursing mode change, further identifying doctor-nurse and nurse- patient relations, standing up on current state and endeavoring creation.
