吻合器痔切除闭合术治疗痔100例疗效观察

摘　　要：观察吻合器痔切除闭合术的疗效，采用吻合器痔切除闭合术治疗Ⅲ，Ⅳ度痔100例。全部病例均治愈，平均住院7d。术后疼痛均可忍受，无需服用止痛药物。术后出血1例，肛周水肿1例，腹胀3例，排便障碍6例，均经对症治疗获愈。术后随访2个月至1年，无肛门狭窄、肿物脱出、便血、肛门失禁及排便障碍。结果显示，吻合器痔切除闭合术操作简单易行，疗效确切，痛苦少，是治疗Ⅲ，Ⅳ度痔的较理想术式。For observing therapeutic effects of stapled excision-closed hemorrhoidectomy for hemorrhoids the 100 patients with Ⅲ or Ⅳ grade of hemorrhoids were subjected to this procedure. All of the patients were all cured,their hospitalization duration was averaged 7 days; they could all tolerate postoperative pain and did not need administration of obtundents. After operation bleeding occured in one case, perianal edema in one case,abdominal distension in 3 cases,and defecation dysfunction in 6 cases; above-mentioned compli- cations were all cured with symptomatic medication. The follow-up of 2-12 monthes did not find stenosis of anus,prolapsed anal lump, hematochezia, copracrasia and defecation dysfunction. These results show that stapled excision-closed hemorrhoidectomy has such advantages as simple and easy manipulation, reliable effect,much less pain,thus it is an ideal procedure for Ⅲ or Ⅳ grade of hemorrhoids.
