电脑肛肠综合治疗仪加消痔灵注射治疗环形混合痔51例

摘　　要：采用电脑肛肠综合治疗仪加消痔灵注射治疗环形混合痔51例，治愈率100％，随访0．5～2年未见复发。该手术方法简单、快捷，去除内外痔静脉组织彻底，保留正常皮肤黏膜组织充分。无术中明显出血，无术后大出血、肛门狭窄、肛门失禁、感觉障碍、遗留皮赘、术后复发等。The 51 patients with circumferential mixed hemorrhoids were subjected to combined treatment of computed synthetic therapeutic apparatus and injection of XiaoZhiLing solution. As a result,curative rate was 100%,follow-up of 0. 5-2.0 yr did not find recurrence case. In a word, above-mentioned treatment method is simpler, faster, can clean venous-tissue of internal and external hemorrhoids thoroughtly, preserve normal skin mucosa-tissue completely. No intraoperative significant hemorrhage, postoperative massive hemorrhage, stenosis and incontinence of anus, sense dysfunction, surviving skin tag, as well postoperative recurrence,etc, are found.
