摘　　要：弧面凸轮分度机构广泛应用于现代自动机械。ATC装置中的弧面分度凸轮的工作廓面复杂,而且是不可展曲面,难于设计和精确制造.应用CAD软件Pro/E,能够快速而准确地设计弧面分度凸轮。同时利用Pro/E的运动仿真功能,检查机构的设计缺陷,对结构进行优化设计。Globoid Cam indexing mechanism is used widely in modem automatic machines. Globoid indexing cam in Automatic Tool Changer （ATC） is difficult to design and manufacture because of the cams complicated working profile. Based on the CAD software Pro/E, the cam can be designed precisely and quickly. Globoid cam indexing mechanism can be improved by the motion simulation of Pro/E.
