摘 要:分析了R20S等普通锌锰电池污染环境、浪费资源,难以实现产业可持续发展的现状;探讨了我国大型号电池向碱性化发展的必要性,既是市场发展的必然结果,也是世界发展的趋势;从市场前景和无汞锌粉、电解二氧化锰、零配件以及设备的开发等方面,探讨了LR20等大型号碱锰电池逐步替代普通锌锰电池的可能性。The research status of common Zn/MnO2 battery,such as R20S,that polluted environment,wasted resouroes and could not actualize the sustainable development was analyzed. The developmental necessity that large-sized alkaline Zn/MnO2 battery should be popularized in China was discussed,it was not only the certain result of the market development, but also the developing trend of the world. The feasibility that large-sized alkaline Zn/MnO2 battery,such as LR20, would substitute common Zn/MnO2 battery step by step was discussed from the market prospect and some basal conditions,such as mercury-free zinc powder,EMD,spare parts and the equipment R&D.
