摘  要:目的利用RP-HPLC法研究和建立卷柏药材的指纹图谱,为科学评价及有效控制卷柏药材的质量提供可靠的依据。方法利用RP-HPLC法,采用Zorbax C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)色谱柱,甲醇-0.1%甲酸水溶液梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/m in,检测波长330 nm。结果建立了卷柏药材的指纹图谱检测标准。结论该实验方法简便、准确、重复性好,为卷柏药材质量控制标准的制定提供了依据。Objective To study and establish the fingerprint chromatogram of raw Herba Selaginellae by using the reversed phased-high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC), and to supply a reliable base for evaluating and controlling the quality of Herba Selaginellae. Method In RP-HPLC procedure Zorbax C18(4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) column was used with mixture solution of methanol and -0.1% formic acid aqueous as mobile phase in a gradient mode. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/ min and the detection wave length was set at 330 nm. Result A standard was set up for the detection of fingerprint chromatogram of raw Herba repeatability, and provides Selaginellae. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate with a good a base for the quality control standard of Herba Selaginellae.
