摘 要:目的以安宫牛黄丸为对象研究中药原粉制剂均匀度的控制方法。方法采集原料不同点的近红外光谱(NIRS),并对光谱进行相似度计算,比较相似度和均匀度之间的关系。结果原料不同点近红外光谱的相似度能够反映其均匀度。结论该方法能够用来控制安宫牛黄丸原料的均匀度,并为利用NIRS技术对中药材原粉的均匀度测量和对中成药原粉产品的质量控制提供基础依据。Objective Chinese herbal drugs To study the method for controlling the uniformity of raw powder preparation of taking Angongniuhuang Pills as the object. Methods The near infrared spectrum (NIRS) were collected from different points of raw materials and analyzed with similarity calculation. The relationship between the similarity and uniformity was compared. Result The uniformity of raw materials can be reflected by the similarity of NIRS at different points. Conclusion This method can be used for controlling the uniformity of raw materials of Angongniuhuang Pills, which provides a fundamental for uniformity measure and quality control of raw powder products of Chinese raw herbal materials or Chinese patent medicines.
