摘　　要：介绍国内外冷镦钢的生产概况,从化学成分、表面质量、脱碳、非金属夹杂、金相组织、冷镦性能等方面指出冷镦钢生产的技术要求以及主要生产工艺。探讨冷镦钢成品中所存在的质量问题,同时提出提高冷镦钢质量的措施。To introduce general production situation of cold heading steel at home and abroad. Technology requirement and main production process of cold heading steel are pointed out from such aspects as chemical component, surface quality, decarbonization, nonmetal inclusion, microstructure, cold heading property. Quality problems existing in finished cold heading steel are discussed and measures improving quality of cold heading steel are put forward.
