会展业发展中的政府职能

摘　　要：针对近年来我国会展业发展过热,各城市盲目发展会展业的情况,从会展业的产业特征、发展要求及城市发展会展业的条件出发,探讨了政府在会展产业发展中的角色定位及由此决定的管理职能;并从发展理念和具体运作的角度指出了政府在发展地方会展产业群中的作用和管理操作职能。In allusion to the superfluous and blindfold development of exhibition industry in china, this paper justifies the role orientation and corresponding administrative functions of the government in the development of exhibition industry, from the view of characteristics, development requirements and current situations of exhibition industry. Finally, this paper points out the effects and administrative functions of the governments in developing local exhibition industry clusters.
