摘　　要：近年来,植物抗根结线虫机制研究已成为线虫研究领域的热点之一。本文主要从植物对根结线虫病的抗性结构、抗性基因、坏死反应以及相关酶类等方面的机制研究进展作一综述与展望。Study on the resistance mechanism of plants to Meloidogyne spp. was one of the hotspot in the researches of nematode. This paper reviewed the advances of studies on the resistance mechanism of plants to root-knot nematode, about resistance structures, resistance genes, necrogenous reactions and correlative enzymes. The future researches were prospected.
