摘  要:在实验室条件下,测定了甲霜灵和霜霉威复配剂对棉疫病菌(Phytophthora boehmeriae)的联合毒力。结果表明,复配剂MPA、MPB、MPC对棉疫病菌的EC50分别为0.055 5、0.104 4μg/mL和0.084 5μg/mL,对照单剂甲霜灵和霜霉威对棉疫病菌的EC50分别为0.039 1μg/mL和10.618 3μg/mL;联合毒力分析表明,甲霜灵和霜霉威按1∶1.5复配有增效作用,按1∶1和1.5∶1复配有相减作用。The combined virulence of the mixed preparations of metalaxyl and propamocab hydrochloride to the causal microorganism of cotton blight, Phytophthora boehmeriae, was investigated in vitro. The results indicated that the EC50 of the three tested mixtures, MPA, MPB and MPC to the pathogenic fungus were 0. 055 5 μg/mL, 0. 104 4μg/mL and 0. 084 5 μg/mL, respectively, and that the EC50 of metalaxyl and propamocab hydrochloride were 0. 039 1 μg/mL and 10. 618 2 μg/mL, respectively. It was suggested that the composition of metalaxyl and propamocab hydrochloride in the ratio of 1 to 1.5 produced additive effects but had reductive effect in the ratio of 1 to 1 and/or 1. 5 to 1.
