摘 要:以3-巯基丙酸(HS-CH2CH2COOH)为稳定剂,制备了水溶性的碲化镉(CdTe)量子点(QD s),考察了制备条件对QD s荧光性能的影响及CdTe QD s与壳聚糖及叶酸和聚乙二醇改性的壳聚糖的自组装.研究发现,壳聚糖及改性壳聚糖与QD s的复合物荧光强度相对纯的CdTe QD s明显增强,且QD s被包裹在内核,复合粒子呈明显的核/壳结构.改性壳聚糖/QD s复合物较小且尺寸分布更为均一.Water-soluble CdTe quantum dots(QDs) were prepared by using 3-mercaptopropionic acid as the stabilizer, and their preparation parameters were optimized. Self-assembling of QDs with chitosan and folio acid(FA) and poly(ethylene glycol)(PEG) modified chitosan via electrostatic interaction was also investigated. The results demonstrate that fluorescence intensity of chitosan/QDs complex was much higher than that of QDs themselves. The complex shows a clear core/shell structure, and QDs were located in the core. The modified chitosan/QDs complexes were smaller and more uniform than those of unmodified chitosan.
