摘　　要：简单介绍了碳钢炼钢区域内工艺流程,叙述了计算机过程控制(L2)所涉及的内容以及功能,主要包括:系统配置、数据流向、模型控制、与其他各子系统的接口通信、各事件的触发时间和启动程序等。重点阐述了碳钢转炉区域子系统的应用功能。Technological flow of carbon steel steelmaking process is briefly introduced. Content and function of computer process control （L2） are described, including system configuration, data flow, model control, interface communication with other subsystems, triggered time of event and startup sequence of program etc. Application function of carbon steel converter subsystem is given.
