摘　　要：梅钢2#连铸机动态轻压下二级过程控制系统是国内自主研发并投产应用的系统。该系统采用客户端/服务器模式架构,包括了系统管理、数据通信、数据处理、模型计算等功能模块,通过系统各模块的协作,实现了板坯连铸生产中二冷和轻压下的动态控制。该系统已正式投产应用,产品质量达到了较高水平。The dynamic soft reduction level 2 process control system for No 2 slab continuous casting ma- chine in Meigang is developed and applied in production in domestic. The system with the client/server frame, includes the modules of system management, data communication, data processing and processing computation, etc. With those modules working collaboratively, dynamic control for secondary cooling and soft reduction of slab continuous casting is achieved. The system has been put into operation, and products with high quality have been obtained.
