摘  要:研究在十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)和十六烷基氯化吡啶(CPC)存在下,Ca2+-槲皮素(Qu)-表面活性剂体系的共振瑞利散射(RRS)光谱。结果表明,由于三元胶束配合物的形成,体系RRS峰强度急剧增强。最大RRS峰分别位于471 nm(CTAB)和489 nm(CPC)。CTAB和CPC浓度均在1×10-7mol/L^2×10-5mol/L,与RRS强度成正比。考察其相应的光谱特征、影响因素、适宜的反应条件及共存离子的影响。A novel method for the determination of trace amount of surfactants based on resonance Rayleigh scattering (RRS) technique was developed. In the presence of some Ca^2+ , surfactants can react with quercitrin and form a tri - component complex of Ca^2+ - quercitrin - surfactant, which results in the enhancement of RRS intensity and the appearance of the corresponding RRS spectral characteristics. Their maximum scatter peaks are at 471 um for cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) system, 489 nm for cetylpyridinium chloride (CPC) system, respectively.The enhanced intensity of RRS is directly proportional to the concentration of CTAB and CPC. The detection ranges are in the range of 1×10^-7mol/L-2×10^-5mol/L depending on different surfactants. The characteristics of RRS spectra of the complexes, the optimum conditions for these reactions and the influencing factors were investigated.
