摘  要:①解决铝线连接的各种方法中,只有采用冷压连接端子工艺的大截面铝导线是足够安全可靠的。②比较规范对铝导体应用的不同意见。③对居住小区供电电缆线路作铝导体的修改设计,工程造价较原设计下降约百万元。④结论:只要选用时充分考虑铝较铜熔点低、强度小、电阻率大、表面有氧化膜、易腐蚀等因素,对大量的三级负荷工程,选用大截面导线时铝线属首选。小截面单股铝导线虽然导线本身并无问题,但其连接到目前并未找到简单易行的有效方法,为确保工程质量,宜采用铜线。重要公共建筑应采用铜芯线缆。Cool pressure connection terminal craft is safe and reliable in all connection ways for aluminum conductor with big cross-section area. Different opinion on application of aluminum conductor are compared. One revised design using aluminum conductor for residence district power supplying save cost about million yuan. The author draws following conclusion: if taken into consideration features of aluminum, such as low melting point, low intensity, big resistance ratio, oxidic film on surface, corrosive easily and so on, for amounts of level 3 load, aluminum conductor with big cross-section area is the first choice. Conductor with small ,cross- section area is suitable to use copper because aluminum conductor with big cross-section area has not valid and easy connection way. For important public building, copper conductor is necessary.
