摘　　要：从邯钢历年爆管事故统计分析入手,详细论述了爆管原因,从而在管材的选用、排气系统的完善、水锤作用的消除、接口工艺的改进、温度应力的防止、施工质量的提高、给水管道的更新等方面提出了防止爆管的对策。In this paper the cracking cases of water pipe were studied through statistical analysis in recent years in Handan Iron and Steel Group Co. Ltd （HISG）. The causes for cracking of water pipe were discussed in detail. Moreover, the countermeasures to protect the breaking of pipe were prosed, which cover the selection of pipe material, improvement of air exhaust system, cancellation of the water hammer function, improvement of pipe connection technology, temperature stress relief, improvement of the construction quantity and renewal of water supply piping were also suggested.
