摘　　要：玉米干酒糟及其可溶物(DDGS)是玉米加工工业的副产品。近年来,由于节能技术和设备效率的提高,并结合固液分离浓缩、干燥的办法使DDGS成为一种优质的蛋白质饲料。本文就DDGS的加工工艺及其在蛋鸡生产上的应用作一综述。Dried distillated grain with solubles were byproducts in corn process industry. Recently, DDGS were of a high quality protein feed because of the improvement of energy saving technique and device availability and the method of solid liquid separation condensation, drying. The processing technology and application in laying hen of DDGS were reviewed.
