消导法在儿科的临床应用

摘　　要：消导法,即消食导滞法,属八法中之消法及下法范畴,主要用于饮食积滞肠胃之症。由于小儿生理特点之故,消导法在儿科临床应用非常广泛。本文介绍运用消导法治疗小儿发热、咳喘、惊啼、盗汗等证取得较好疗效,由于小儿脾常不足,运化功能尚未健全,加之小儿乳食不能自制,易出现乳食积滞,因积滞而变生他病。治以消导,乃治本之法。Promoting digestion to eliminate stagnation belongs to the category of purgation of the eight methods. It is mainly used to treat gastrointestinal diseases caused by food stagnation. Promoting digestion to eliminate stagnation was widely used in clinic of pediatrics because of children＇s physiological characteristics. This paper introduced the good efficacy achieved by the application of promoting digestion to eliminate stagnation in the treatment of children＇s fever, cough with asthma, terrified crying, night seating, etc. Since children＇s spleen is often deficient, the function of transportation is not complete, and can＇t control their milk -eating, milk stagnation often appears. And the stagnation may cause other diseases. So treating with promoting digestion to eliminate stagnation is a root cause removing method.
