摘　　要：胆碱能神经及其受体的变化在慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）的发病过程中起重要的作用。新型选择性抗胆碱能药物作为支气管扩张剂在COPD治疗中发挥了重要的作用。本文就正常人肺脏的植物神经及其受体、COPD患者胆碱能神经及受体的变化、受体高选择性抗胆碱能药物在COPD治疗中应用的进展进行综述。The changes of cholinergic nerve and its receptors play an important role in the course of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. As bronchodilators, new type selective antieholinergics play an important role in the treatment of COPD. The article reviews the lung＇s autonomic nerve and its receptors in healthy human beings, the changes of cholinergic nerve and its receptors in COPD patients, and the advances of the high selective anticholinergics in the treatment of COPD.
