摘　　要：本文介绍了济南钢铁集团总公司第二炼钢厂6t 顶吹转炉在相同的工艺条件下试用硅铝钡锶铁合金代替铝块做终脱氧剂的对比试验情况.结果表明,该复合合金在普碳钢中应用可降低钢中氧含量0.00099%,减少钢中夹杂物,在20MnSi 中应用使σ_提高9MPa,σ_b 提高10MPa。This paper introduces the condition of contrast experimenzation which used of Si-Al-Ba-Sr ferroalloy as deoxidizer replaces aluminium block in similar process condition in 6t oxygen top-blown converter of No.2 steelmaking plant of Jinan Iron and Steel Group General Corporation.The experimental result states this ferroalloy can reduce oxygen content of 0.00099%,decrease inclusion in melted steel when it is used in carbon steel,and the σ_2 can enhance 9MPa and σ_b can enhance 10MPa when it is used in 20MnSi melted steel.
