异癸醇聚烷氧基醚磷酸酯及其钾盐的合成

摘　　要：研发了一种具有优良抗静电性和润滑性的特种表面活性剂。分析探讨了以无规共聚异癸醇聚烷氧基醚(4EO/4PO,DPE)为起始剂,P2O5为磷化剂,制备异癸醇聚烷氧基醚磷酸酯及其钾盐的合成工艺。着重讨论了加料速度、加料温度、配料比、酯化温度、酯化时间、加水量、水解温度及水解时间等因素对反应的影响,较佳工艺条件为:加料时间50 m in,加料温度90℃,反应温度92℃,酯化时间3 h,酯化温度92℃,水解时间1 h,水解用水量为反应物总质量的2%,n(DPE)∶n(P2O5)=2.49∶1,反应结束后加相当于反应物总质量2%的双氧水脱色0.5h,所得产物单、双酯质量比接近1∶1,固体质量分数大于80%,色泽浅,无异臭味,实验稳定性好,小试工艺条件在3 000 t/a的中试装置中得到进一步的验证。A series of special surfactants with super antistatic property and high lubricity were developed. Using random isodecanol polyoxyalkylene ether as staring material and phosphorus pentoxide as phosphorating agent, isodecanol polyoxyalkylene ether phosphoric ester and its potassium salt were obtained. Effects of feeding time （ 50 min ）, feeding temperature （ 90 ℃ ）, esterification temperature （ 92℃ ） , esterification time （ 3 h ） , quantity of water added （ 2% ） , hydrolysis time （ 1 h ） were discussed. Under the optimum reaction conditions, the product in which the mass ratio of mono-phosphate to diphosphate was about 1 ： 1 and solid content was above 80% , with light color and good stability, was obtained. These were further validated in pilot-scale experiment of 3 000 t/a.
