济钢第一炼铁厂转变经刘增长方式初探

摘　　要：济钢第一炼铁厂通过实施“转变思想观念、换位思考、开发全员创造力”的头脑工程，加速了经济增长方式由粗放型向集约型的转变，各项经济技术指标提高，生产成本下降２％，初步走上低投入、高产出、低消耗、高效益的集约化经济增长之路。Through performing mind engneering of transforming ideology, thinking question with changing position and developing creative power of whole works and staff members” for speed up economic increasing way to chang from rough type to binding type, every economic and technical indexes are increased and the production cost is decreased by 2%. The production begins to come on economic increasing road of low cost, high productivity, low consumpation, high economic result.
