摘 要:采用自行设计的台阶板流变性能试件和半固态合金压铸模具,对A356合金的制浆-成形分离式流变压铸技术进行了试验研究。结果表明,选用适当的坩埚结构和涂料配方,采用搅拌坩埚直接输送半固态合金浆料,可简便快速地实现合金浆料从制备系统到成形系统的转移,从而实现二者的分离;在优化后的流变压铸工艺(增压压力180MPa,模具温度200~220℃)下,试件的抗拉强度和断后伸长率(Rm=280~310MPa,A=12%~15%)分别比液态压铸提高11.6%~18.2%和42.5%~50%;在适当的压铸工艺下,流变压铸充型过程平稳,不易发生紊流,试样的内部组织致密,且具有一定的热处理强化潜力。Using the independently developed thin plate sample with five steps and rheocasting mould, a new rheoforming processing of A356 alloy with slurry preparation systems and component shaping systems apart is experimentally exploited. The results show that with the proper, crucible structure and coating composition, the semi-solid alloy slurry could be smoothly transferred from the slurry preparation equipments to the rheocasting shot chamber by the slurry preparation crucible; that following the optimized rheocasting processing parameters (namely, boost pressure of 180 MPa, mould temperature of 200-220 ℃ ), the tensile strength and elongation of rheocasting samples could be increased by 11.6%-18.2% and 42.5%-50% respectively compared with the traditional liquid die casting ones; and that during the rheocasting course, the semi-solid alloy slurries smoothly flow, and microstructures of samples are so dense and free of pores that the samples have the potentials of strengthening by heat treatment.
