摘  要:运用正交实验方法对无铅无镉釉上彩熔剂性能进行研究。通过化学稳定性、堆烧、粘度测试、印花彩烤等一系列对比试验考察了B2O3的加入量、SiO2/Al2O3及SiO2/B2O3的影响。试验结果表明最优条件为:B2O3加入量为22.32%;SiO2/Al2O3为11.05;SiO2/B2O3为1.81。The performance of leadless and cadmiumless fluxing agent for overglaze colors was investigated through orthogonal experiments. Through a series of contrast experiments such as the chemical stability, pile bum , viscosity test ,screen printing and decoration firing, the effects of additional quantity of B2O3, SiO2/Al2O3 ratio and SiO2/B2O3 ratio were tested. The results show the optimum conditions are. the additional quantity of B2O3 is 22.32%, SiO2/Al2O3 ratio is 11.5, SiO2/B2O3 ratio is 1.81.
