摘 要:过盈联接的可靠性取决于实际过盈量、最小极限过盈量和最大极限过盈量之间的关系,影响因素包括材料的力性能、材料副的摩擦特性、载荷特性以及联接各部分的几何尺寸,计算公式十分复杂,即使忽略设计中实际存在的模糊信息和各随机因素均服从简单正态分布,也很难用常规方法确定其可靠度的解析解。根据常规可靠性理论和模糊数学方法,建立过盈联接模糊可靠性分析的数学模型,并在此基础上建立一套过盈联接可靠性计算机数字仿真的方法,编写相应的计算机程序,并通过实例对过盈联接可靠性进行仿真研究。The reliability of interference fit is decided by the relation among the magnitude of interference, least magnitude of interference essential for transmission and breaking magnitude of interference. Influence factors to reliability include mechanical property of material, frictional behavior of material pair, load distinction, and physical dimensions, computing formulae are very complex. For this reason, even if fuzzy message in the design are neglected and each random factors all obey simple Gaussian distribution, to find analytic solution of reliability is very hard. The mathematical model of fuzzy reliability analysis for interference fit is derived on the basis of reliability and fury theory, a method of computer digital simulation to calculate fuzzy reliability for interference fit is developed, and a correspondent computer program is worked out. lastly, the reliability to an example for interference fit is.
