摘 要:孤岛油田属于疏松砂岩油藏,微细的地层砂粒运侈堵塞防砂管柱,易造成绕丝筛管或割缝管缝隙堵塞,严重影响到油井供液能力。利用氮气产生的泡沫流体作为射流冲砂解堵介质,结合泡沫流体及高压射流解堵工艺的优点,在室内用搅拌法评价了发泡剂的性能,优选发泡剂的使用浓度为3%~5%。现场试验效果表明,泡沫射流冲砂解堵工艺能够冲出井简内和防砂工具中的颗粒堵塞物,助排效果好,能较好地解决油井砂堵问题。The moving of tiny sand grains in the formations will block sand control pipe in Gudao Oilfield which belongs to the loose sandstone oil reservoirs. The crevices of wire wrapped screens or slotted pipes will be blocked and it will influence on the fluid supply capability of the oil wells seriously. Foam fluid produced by nitrogen will be the medium of jet sand-washing plugging remove. The new technology has the advantages of the foam fluid and the plugging removal technique of high-pressure jet. Performance of the foaming agent is appraised with agitation method by the experiment. Density of the optimal foaming agent is 3% -5%. The field experiment results indicate that the application of the plugging removal technique of the foam jet sand-washing can solve the problems of sand plug in oil wells well since particle plugging will be washed from borehole and sand control tool. It has good cleanup effect.
