摘 要:将总状炭角菌分别与鸡腿菇、平菇、香菇、黄伞进行平板对峙培养和出菇试验,并测定不同浓度鸡腿菇培养滤液对总状炭角菌胞外酶活性和生物量的影响。结果表明,总状炭角菌仅与鸡腿菇有很强的伴生关系,有鸡腿菇生长的地方才能生长总状炭角菌;在供试体积分数(10%-40%)范围内,随着鸡腿菇培养滤液体积分数的增加,总状炭角菌的生物量增大,羧甲基纤维素酶(CMCase)、漆酶(Laccase)和邻苯二酚氧化酶(Pyrocatechase)的活性增高,对照及体积分数40%鸡腿菇培养滤液高温处理和未高温处理的总状炭角菌生物量分别是3.22,5.00和6.57 mg/mL;对照与体积分数40%鸡腿菇培养滤液高温处理的总状炭角菌CMC酶、漆酶和邻苯二酚氧化酶活力分别为0.063和0.11 U,0.583和1.4 U,0.217和0.7 U。可见,鸡腿菇培养滤液中含有促进总状炭角菌菌丝生长和胞外酶活性提高的活性物质。Interaction between edible fungi (Pleurotus ostreatus , Lentinus edode , Pholiota adipdsa , Coprinus comatus) and Xylaria pedunculata were studied with methods of plate dual culture and cultivation. The results indicated that Xylaria pedunculata had strong accompanying relationship with Coprinus comatus. Its stroma formed only in the growth area of Coprinus comatus. Further experiment showed that Coprinus comatus culture filtrate had positive effects on the mycelium growth and extracellular enzyme activity of Xylaria pedunculata. In the range of experimental concentration of culture filtrate (10%-40%),biomass and CMCase,laccase and pyrocatechase activity of Xylaria pedunculata increased with the increase of culture filtrate concentration. The biomass of CK,temperature treated 40% culture filtrate and not temperature treated 40% culture filtrate were 3.22,5.00 and 6.57 mg/mL respectively. CMCase,laccase and pyrocatechase activty of CK and temperature treated 40% culture filtrate were 0. 063 and 0. 11 U, 0. 583 and 1.4 U,0. 217 and 0. 7 U respectively. This shows Xylaria pedunculata culture filtrate contains substances which can promote the growth of coprinus comatus and increase the activity of extracelluar enzyme.
