摘 要:在实验室条件下,分别对3种绢蒿属Seriphidium(Bess.)Poljak.植物(伊犁绢蒿Seriphidium transiliense(Poljak.)Poljak.、新疆绢蒿Seriphidium kaschgaricum(Krasch.)Poljak.和西北绢蒿Seriphidiumnitrosum(Web.ex Stechm.)Poljak.)的千粒重、种子生活力、天然种衣形态、种子吸水曲线及发芽率进行了比较。结果表明,3种植物的千粒重均较小,伊犁绢蒿、新疆绢蒿和西北绢蒿的千粒重分别为0.331,0.455和0.313 g;种子吸水曲线均呈现“快-慢-稳”的格局;伊犁绢蒿和西北绢蒿的种子前期萌发快,后期慢;新疆绢蒿种子前期萌发平缓,后期快。伊犁绢蒿、新疆绢蒿和西北绢蒿种子开始萌发的时间分别为2,5和3 d,萌发持续时间分别为14,21和16 d。伊犁绢蒿种子的发芽率和发芽势均最高,分别为87.01%和88.69%,新疆绢蒿种子的发芽率和发芽势均最低,分别为59.83%和61.44%,西北绢蒿的发芽率和发芽势介于二者之间。说明伊犁绢蒿有效利用生境和适应恶劣环境的能力较强,西北绢蒿次之,新疆绢蒿最差。A laboratory study was made on seed weight ,viability of seed,natural seed coat,absorption, and germination characteristics of Seriphidium (Bess.) Poljak. Species (S. transiliense,S, kaschgaricum ,S. nitrosum). Results showed that.The seed weight of three species were light,and the 1 000-seed-weight of S. transiliense, S. kaschgaricum,S, nitrosum were 0. 331,0. 445 and 0. 313 g respectively ; natural seed coat provided the condition of water absorption for the germination;the patterns of three species all presented "quick-slow-steady" germination patterns of S. transiliense,S, nitrosum were rapid in the early stage and slow in the later stage,S, kaschgaricum was slow in the early and rapid in the later stage. The initial germination days of S. transiliense,S, kaschgaricum ,S. nitrosum were 2,5 and 3 d respectively, persistent time of germination were 14,21 and 16 d respectively. The germination rate and trend of S. transiliense were the highest, 87.01% and 88.69% respectively,while those of S. kaschgaricurn were the lowest, 59.83% and of S. kaschgaricum was good.
