摘　　要：体育舞蹈是一项既具有很高竞技欣赏价值,又能使大学生的身体得到全面运动体验,使体质得以提高的健身价值。并且符合现代生活的个性特征,可以极大的引起大学生对体育舞蹈的兴趣与喜好,激发大学生对体育舞蹈学习的积极性,有利于增强大学生的身体素质,改善大学生的形体条件,培养大学生的心理品质及审美观。Sports dance is an event with very high athletics appreciation and overall physical exercise experience for college students. It met the demand of individual characteristics of modem life and gready protuoted the interest of college students for sport dance. The physical fitness and body shape of college students can be improved considerably.
