摘　　要：完善的法人治理结构是民办高校可持续发展的重要保障。目前,我国相当部分民办高校的法人治理还只是停留在形式上,离《民办教育促进法》及其“实施条例”的要求还有很大距离。推进现代大学制度,完善法人治理结构,已成为促进民办高校可持续发展的现实选择。A complete corporation governance structure the an important ensurence to the sustainable development of private universities. Currently, most of corporation governance structure in private universities are nothing but an empty shell. There is still a great distance from the requirement listed in the ＂Law on the Promotion of Non - government Education in China＂ and its enactment articles. A perfect corporation governance structure is the practical choice to promote sustainable development of private universities.
