我国货币政策的透明度及效应分析

摘　　要：本文在评估了目前我国货币政策透明度现状的基础上,分析了提高透明度所产生的正效应,同时也指出我国央行透明度的制度建设还很不完善,尤其是决策透明度较低,产生了一些负效应,影响了政策的执行效果,最后提出了进一步提高透明度的建议。Central banks in many countries take measures to improve the transparency of their monetary policies and also consider it as a focus of building up soundness financial systems since 1990s. At the same time, with the further discussion on the theories and practices of monetary policy transparency in academic areas, the transparency problem becomes a hot topic. Especially, transparency of monetary policy improved so much in China recently, though it is on the start stage. Therefore, it is necessary to do some further research on this respect in China. The paper attempts to analyze both the positive effect and negative effect on transparency improvement on the base of well understanding the current problems facing transparency of monetary policy in China. Finally, suggestions are given to further improve the transparency of monetary policy in China.
