摘  要:通过对封闭行星齿轮传动系统进行运动学及力学分析,结合可靠性设计和Savage等提出的单级行星齿轮传动的可靠度模型,建立了以输入构件转速和转矩为变量的构件负载与寿命关系表达式;基于系统可靠度的乘积定律,建立了典型的封闭行星齿轮传动系统的可靠度模型;结合实例,研究了负载、有效齿宽、功率分配系数等因素对系统及其零件可靠性的影响。研究表明系统的可靠度随着功率分配系数、负载的增大而减小,随着有效齿宽的减小而减小;合理地配置齿数可使传动系统获得较大的可靠度。By the kinematic and mechanical analysis for closed planetary transmission system, the expressions for the load-life of the components were developed based on the probabilistic design and reliability model for single stage planetary gear train proposed by Savage. According to the product laws of the system reliability, the reliability model was developed for the common closed planetary transmission system. The effects of load, effective face width and power partition coefficient on the reliabilities of the system and components were studied through some examples. The results show that the system reliability decreases as the load and power partition coefficient increase, and the effective face width decreases. To select appropriately the number of tooth for each gear may obtain more reliable system. It provides some guidelines for the reliability optimal design of closed planetary transmission systems.
