摘　　要：ADI公司监控芯片ADM706具有功能多、功耗小、外围电路简单等特点,广泛应用在各个领域,但使用中传统电路暴露出较多隐患。为提高系统可靠性,需要进行电路可靠性研究。文章通过对电路的测试分析,设计出具有可靠性因素的优化电路。实际验证表明,优化电路显著提高了电路应用的稳定性和可靠性。The supervisory circuits ADM706 produced by ADI have the characteristics of many function, low power, simple periphery circuits, applied widespread. But the tradition circuits exposure many hidden trouble. For improving the reliability of system, we must be study the reliability of system. After test and analysis, we designed the optimized circuits. To compared with the tradition circuits, the circuits＇ stability and reliability can be increased remarkably.
