摘　　要：针对水利工程项目风险的一系列指标,依照其隶属关系建立层次关系,并在各层次内部运用判断矩阵计算,最终求出各指标对于目标的风险权重,参考风险权重制定相应的风险管理方案。Introduction of the analytic hierarchy process into the risk assessment of hydraulic projects may help us to obtain satisfactory quantitative risk indices.A series of targets describing hydraulic project risk are highlighted.According to the subordination relations of the targets,a hierarchy model is established,and then by use of judgment matrix representation in each hierarchy,it extracts the goal risk weights for various targets respectively.Finally the risk management plan is formulated.
