摘　　要：随着经济的发展,传统的企业业绩评价方法不能全面准确的反映企业的业绩。将矩阵评价法引入企业业绩评价,将企业的非财务指标和财务指标纳入统一的企业业绩评价体系,并通过案例进行分析计算,认为矩阵分析方法可以作为一种简便的企业业绩评价方法。with the development of economy,the traditional performance evaluation methods of enterprises cannot fully and accurately reflect the achievements of enterprises.The matrix analysis method is introduced into the performance evaluation of enterprises.The non-financial and financial indices of enterprises are classified into the performance evaluation system of enterprises.Through cases,the matrix analysis method is regarded as a simple performance evaluation method for enterprises.
