摘  要:目的建立工作场所空气中正丁基缩水甘油醚的溶剂解吸气相色谱测定方法。方法按照《工作场所空气中有毒物质检测方法研究规范》的要求进行实验。结果方法在0-500μg/m l范围内呈线性关系,样品在4℃冰箱于炭管中可保存10 d,不同浓度的相对标准偏差为0.86%-2.58%,方法的最低检出限为2.0μg/m l,平均解吸效率为95.41%-99.15%;采样效率为98.05%-100%;100 mg活性炭对正丁基缩水甘油醚的穿透容量是5.4 mg,空气中与正丁基缩水甘油醚共存二甲醚等在该方法条件下不干扰测定。结论该方法各项指标均达到《工作场所空气中有毒物质检测方法研究规范》的要求,适用于工作场所空气中正丁基缩水甘油醚的现场监测。[ Objective ] To establish a solvent desorption gas chromatography for determining n - Butyl glycidyl ether in the air of Workplaces. [Methods] Experiments were carried out based on the " Standardization of methods for the Determination of Toxins in the Air of workplaces". [ Results ] This method showed linear relation within the range of 0 - 500μg/ml; the samples could be stored for 10 days in the active carbon tube under the condition of 4℃ ; the relative precision deviation of different concentrations was between 0. 86% and 2.58% ; the lowest detection limit was 2.0μg/ ml ; the average desorption rate was 95.41% - 99.15% ; the sampling efficiency was 98.5% - 100% ; the breakthrough volume was 5.4 mg/100 mg of active carbon ; diphenyl oxide didn't interfere the determination with this method. [ Conclusion ] All the indexes of this method accord with the requirement of the "Standardization of methods for the Determination of Toxins in the Air of workplaces" and are applicable for the determination of n - Butyl glycldyl ether in the air of workplaces.
